I've 'worked' one week in de public hospital in Pto. Cortés. I was able to follow a doctor during his tour in the hospital: emergency, gyneacologie, consulation... . I arrived at 7 a.m. and left at 1 p.m. . It was really interesting. One week was perfect.
I've also worked as a english teacher at a kindergarden during three months. I had 4 different classes, 80 pupils. I worked from 8.00am till 3.00pm.
